I wish to commend to you Karen and James Johns and their ministry. I have known James and Karen Johns and their family for four years during which they were students at Canadian Theological Seminary and Canadian Bible College.
One of the most unique aspects of James and Karen's vision for ministry it its entrepreneurial nature, uniting music and cross-cultural ministry, having invested themselves deeply in this. I have heard them serve the church in music on several occasions. On each occasion they offered a blend of composition and performance that bespoke excellence. At all times, personality was given in service of ministry. The music is unique, and the ministry is clear.
James and Karen have demonstrated high standards for character, behavior and principle. They have been gracious in their relationships with a wide variety of people in Canada. Their experience here has exposed them to people from all over the globe. This has been well suited to their cross-cultural ministry.
Dr. Peter Ralph, D. Min. Canadian Theological Seminary
